Back in days when you wanted something to cool you off on those hot summer inner city days, you would get yourself a colorful drink called Piragua which was pretty much crushed ice and a sugary syrup poured over it, nowadays you rarely see these carts but here is one that is still in business on the corner of Allen & Houston St. In this pic you could see the owner of this cart sitting on the right with Piragua in hand, I was there for about 15 minutes and no one brought one, nowadays Piraguas just don't cut it.
