This is the same building with the colorful windows pictured above across the Puck building, apparently the people who were in charge of building this mess have now run into some money problems and now the structure just stands there left unfinished, bad economics.
They don't make them like they use too, these days the new buildings going up in the downtown Soho area no longer seem to use good old fashion brick and cement, no no no that takes too long, today they use cheaper materials, they build it quicker, and they give it that futuristic look to make you say wow, yea state of the art stuff, but is it a better build? These newbies sure can't hold up as far as longevity goes to the old buildings.
